Below you can download all data included in NLSdb:
Filtered signals: contains all NES/NLS that match at least one nuclear protein and do not match any non-nuclear protein.
External signals: contains all NES/NLS we collected from external databases (UniProtKB, SeqNLS, ValidNESs, NESbase).
Nuclear proteins: contains all proteins from UniProtKB/Swiss-Prot with experimental subcellular annotations for being a nuclear protein.
Non-Nuclear proteins: contains all proteins from UniProtKB/Swiss-Prot with experimental subcellular annotations for being a non-nuclear protein.
